Have you got some volume recruitment experience gained in a fast paced environment? Do you thrive when juggling multiple recruitment campiagns and enjoy delivering a great experience for candidates and hiring managers? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment career within a small, busy and supportive recruitment team. You’ll manage high-volume vacancies across Hyde ensuring every stage of the recruitment process runs smoothly — from advertising roles through to onboarding new starters. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates and HR colleagues, providing end-to-end recruitment support while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and Hyde’s internal policies.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting a variety of business areas acorss Hyde, you’ll play a key role in helping us attract and hire the right people quickly, fairly and efficiently. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage high-volume recruitment from advertising through to onboarding.
  • Screen CVs, candidates, prepare candidate summaries and coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Promote roles via approved channels, including LinkedIn and social media.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment appliant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Excel trackers.
  • Issue contracts and onboarding documentation within agreed timelines.
  • Complete right-to-work checks and obtain references.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant, inclusive and delivers a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

What we’re looking for

  • Candidates with recent exposure to high volume internal recruitment (in-house or RPO).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced multi-site environment.
  • Confident screening CVs, speaking to candidates, coordinating interviews and managing multiple recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills — professional, clear and customer-focused.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable working to deadlines and KPIs.
