Real Estate Financial Analyst

Do you want to become a Financial Analyst within Hyde's Development Finance business area?

We’re looking for a talented Financial Analyst to support Hyde’s London development programme and Joint Ventures. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide high‑quality financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting to ensure strong financial oversight across our development pipeline and investment activities.You’ll work closely with colleagues across IDP and Finance, offering insight that shapes development decisions, long‑term financial planning, and Registered Provider investment appraisals. You’ll also play a key role in identifying risks and opportunities, improving reporting processes, and enhancing our financial tools and systems.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver analysis, forecasting, cashflow modelling and benchmarking to support programme performance.
• Review and challenge financial assumptions within development appraisals.
• Provide clear insights to project teams, JV partners, FP&A, and senior stakeholders.
• Support risk assessments, long‑term planning and financial reviews of new and completed projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in data, reporting and analytical tools.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience in financial analysis and management reporting within a Real Estate Environment
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, PowerBI and data tools.
• Ability to convey financial insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial risks, development appraisals and investment analysis.
